Labyrinth of Variety
'The Labyrinth of Variety - The Architecture of Late Middle Ages' is a didactic and amusement design for children, teenagers and adults.
The labyrinth’s artistic form is inspired by true elements of architecture ,sculpture, painting and clothing from the turn of the 14th and 15th centuries and reflects the reality of Medieval Europe.

The labyrinth consists of four thematic sections which, through neighbouring , intermingle with each other and are connected by secret passages. The very shape of the labyrinth stimulates children to play “hide and seek” or play tag, while movable and three-dimensional elements create secret passages and hidings ,thus, emphasizing the adventure character of the place. The labyrinth itself, is supposed to work as a sort of an imagination amplifier – it helps children to create their own unique characters in the games they imagine.
While designing the labyrinth we wanted to make it possible for children to feel as cartoon or computer game characters.
Labirynth shown in these pages was build in Chudów near Gliwice, Silesia district in Poland.
